Baku: Azerbaijani and Turkish Foreign Ministers have engaged in discussions focusing on the Middle Corridor, highlighting strategic enhancements to regional infrastructure. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, emphasized the significance of increasing the capacity of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway from 1 million tons to 15 million tons. Additionally, he noted the importance of expanding the capabilities of the Baku Port in boosting the potential of the Middle Corridor.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, these developments were highlighted during a joint press conference held with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. The discussions between the two ministers underline a commitment to enhancing connectivity and cooperation through infrastructure development in the region.
