Riyadh: Azerbaijani weightlifter Dadash Dadashbeyli (110 kg) clinched silver medals at the VI Islamic Solidarity Games held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Dadashbeyli showcased his strength and skill with a snatch result of 180 kg and a clean and jerk of 211 kg.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Azerbaijani athlete’s performance not only earned him a silver medal in the snatch but also awarded him a silver for the total result, which was 391 kg. Dadashbeyli concluded the competition with an impressive haul of two silver medals, marking a significant achievement for the Azerbaijani team at the games.
