Baku: Azerbaijan's Chamber of Auditors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) have signed a renewed Memorandum of Understanding. The signing took place on September 16 during an event celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan and an international scientific and practical conference.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the memorandum was signed by Vahid Novruzov, Chairman of the Chamber of Auditors, and Muhammad Samiullah Siddiqui, President of ICAP. The conference carried the theme 'Development stages of audit: the path from compliance to strategic partnership and trust,' highlighting the evolving role of audit in fostering trust and strategic partnerships.
