Baku: Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yalchin Rafiyev, emphasized the necessity of human-centric approaches to crisis recovery during his address at the event titled 'Housing at the Center of Crisis Recovery and Reconstruction'. This event was part of the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13).

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Rafiyev highlighted that while crises may arise from human factors or natural disasters, the ultimate focus should be on the people affected. He underscored the importance of ensuring that solutions create an environment where individuals can live with dignity, stressing that every crisis context is unique but should prioritize human needs.
