Baku: In January-April 2026, gross domestic product (GDP) worth 39 billion 875.1 million manats was produced in Azerbaijan. The economy grew by 0.2% during the reporting period compared to the same period in 2025.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the State Statistical Committee of Azerbaijan reported that added value worth 12 billion 135 million manats was created in the oil and gas sector, while 27 billion 740.1 million manats worth of added value was created in the non-oil and gas sector. A 0.9% decline in real terms was recorded in the oil and gas sector, while the non-oil and gas sector registered a 0.7% increase.
