According to the information, the Azerbaijani fencer came out on top against the representative of China Yang Hengyu in the first match with a score of 15:9 and sailed through to the 1/8 finals of the competition.

Ukrainian fencer Olga Kharlan will go head-to-head with Anna Bashta. The meeting will kick off at 16:05 Baku time.
