Baku: Azerbaijan exported 500 million cubic meters of gas to Syria last year. Last year, Azerbaijan transported 12.8 billion cubic meters of gas to Europe, marking a 0.8% decrease compared to the previous year, as reported by the Ministry of Energy to APA-Economics.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, during the reporting period, 9.6 billion cubic meters of gas were exported to Trkiye, reflecting a 3% decrease. Of this, 5.6 billion cubic meters were transported via TANAP, a figure that remained unchanged from the previous year. Additionally, 2.3 billion cubic meters of gas were exported to Georgia, indicating a 4.2% decline.
Simultaneously, during the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported 0.5 billion cubic meters of gas to Syria.
