Baku: A delegation of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK) met with representatives of Kazakh tourism companies at the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Kazakhstan. Addressing the meeting, Chingiz Hajiyev, General Director of Kurort CJSC under AHIK, highlighted Azerbaijan's potential in health tourism.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, representatives of Kazakh tourism companies were briefed on the activities of AHIK's health centers. They learned about the conditions provided for treatment and recreation, the modern medical equipment and services available, as well as natural treatment methods.

The Kazakh representatives were informed about specific facilities such as the Naftalan treatment department, and the Shikhov, Bilgah, Absheron, and Gunashli health centers. Additionally, the Buzovna physiotherapy center was highlighted during the briefing.

A video showcasing Azerbaijan's health resort potential and the activities of its health centers was also presented at the meeting, further emphasizing the country's capabilities in the health tourism sector.
