Baku: The first meeting within the extraordinary session of the Parliament (Milli Majlis) of the Republic of Azerbaijan has started. Speaker Sahiba Gafarova declared the meeting open.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the extraordinary session began with the playing of the National Anthem. The agenda of the meeting includes eight issues.
