Mexico city: A delegation from Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis engaged in discussions at the Matas Romero Institute as part of their working visit to Mexico. The meeting focused on exploring opportunities for academic cooperation and strengthening bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Mexico.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the delegation met with Juan Jos© Bremer de Martino, the Director General of the Institute. The discussions covered potential collaborations with ADA University and other educational institutions, as well as regional issues and emerging priorities in the bilateral relationship between the two countries.
During the visit, Samad Seyidov, Chairman of the Milli Majlis Committee on International Relations and Interparliamentary Affairs, delivered a lecture titled 'New Realities in the South Caucasus: Azerbaijan's path to peace and regional prosperity.' The lecture addressed Azerbaijan's journey to independence, the significant contributions of National Leader Heydar Aliyev in consolidating the country's sovereignty, the 44-day Patriotic War, Azerbaijan's peace agenda, and the new geopolitical dynamics in the region.
