According to Trend News Agency, President Aliyev’s arrival was met with a guard of honor at the airport, underscoring the significance of his visit. The Azerbaijani leader was warmly received by Rustam Minnikhanov, the head of the Republic of Tatarstan. The visit comes at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, highlighting the ongoing diplomatic engagements among BRICS nations and their extended partners.
