Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory message to President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron on the occasion of the national holiday of the French Republic, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev expressed his congratulations to President Macron and the people of France. In his message, Aliyev highlighted the productive discussions he and Macron engaged in during recent telephone conversations and a meeting in Copenhagen last year. These discussions revolved around various issues related to the Azerbaijan-France agenda, as well as the current state and future prospects of bilateral relations between the two nations.
