Baku: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam, Haji Hassanal Bolkiah. The congratulatory message was sent on the occasion of Brunei’s national holiday, emphasizing the friendly relations and cooperation between the two nations.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Sultan and the people of Brunei. He highlighted the strong ties between Azerbaijan and Brunei, underscoring the importance of further developing these relations both bilaterally and multilaterally. President Aliyev conveyed his hopes that the continued expansion of cooperation will benefit both countries and their populations.

In his message, President Aliyev wished the Sultan robust health, happiness, and success in his endeavors, as well as peace and prosperity for the people of Brunei.
