Baku: Azerbaijan's efforts in urban planning and post-conflict recovery have been acknowledged by a German heritage strategist and cultural tourism expert, Dalya Altuntepe, during the World Urban Forum 13 (WUF13). She expressed her emotional response to witnessing the restoration work in Shusha, underscoring Azerbaijan's exemplary role in post-conflict recovery and development.
