Azerbaijan`s artistic gymnast Nikita Simonov has progressed to the final of the FIG Artistic Gymnastics Apparatus World Cup – AGF Trophy, held in Baku, after ranking 1st in the qualifying round with 14.733 points in the rings event.

Along with Simonov, the final of the 2023 World Cup will see competitions by Ahmad Kohani Mahdi (Iran), Hank Nguyen (Vietnam), Mehmet Kozak (Turkiye), Carlos Yulo (Philippines), Riley Loos (US), Vinzenz Höck (Austria) and Lin Guan-Yi (Thailand).
