Baku: In 2025, Azerbaijan's state budget revenues amounted to 39 billion 131.2 million manats, while expenditures totaled 38 billion 603.6 million manats, resulting in a budget surplus of 527.6 million manats.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the State Statistical Committee reported that the state budget revenues for 2025 were initially projected at 38 billion 356 million manats, while expenditures were forecast at 41 billion 407.6 million manats. Consequently, the actual budget revenues surpassed projections by 775.2 million manats, whereas expenditures fell short by 2 billion 804 million manats.
