Baku: During the first six months of this year, state budget revenues amounted to 19.1792 billion manats, exceeding the forecast of 18.8289 billion manats by 350.3 million manats, or 1.9%, APA-Economics reports, citing the Ministry of Finance. This represents 49.7% of the state's projected annual budget revenues for the current year.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, excluding transfers from the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ), state budget revenues totaled 12.7592 billion manats, exceeding the forecast by 2.8%. Of the total state budget revenues, 8.8427 billion manats, accounting for 46.1%, came from tax authorities. Transfers from SOFAZ contributed 6.420 billion manats, or 33.5%. Customs authorities added 3.1436 billion manats, representing 16.4% of the total. Paid services provided by state budget-funded organizations generated 350.7 million manats, or 1.8%. The lease of state property brought in 28.2 million manats, making up 0.1%, and other sources contributed 394 million manats, or 2.1%.

During the reporting period, revenues collected by tax authorities exceeded the forecast by 217.7 million manats, or 2.5%. Revenues from leasing state property surpassed the forecast by 5.5 million manats, equating to 24.2%. Other revenues exceeded the forecast by 246.2 million manats, or 2.7 times the expected amount. However, revenues collected by customs authorities were 10.4 million manats, or 0.3%, below the forecast. Revenues from paid services provided by state budget-funded organizations were 108.7 million manats, or 23.7%, below the forecast. Transfers from SOFAZ were executed in line with the projected level.

During the first six months of the current year, compared with the corresponding period of 2025, revenues increased by 139 million manats, or 1.6%, from tax authorities. Customs authorities saw an increase of 52.5 million manats, or 1.7%. Revenues from the lease of state property rose by 6.3 million manats, or 28.8%. Paid services provided by state budget-funded organizations experienced a growth of 38.6 million manats, or 12.4%.
