Baku: President Ilham Aliyev highlighted the unprecedented strength of Azerbaijan in its long statehood history during a conference commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev emphasized the importance of developing comprehensive scholarly works on the history of the independent Azerbaijani state.

The president remarked on Azerbaijan’s progress as an independent nation over the past three decades, asserting that the country has never been as strong as it is today. He called for increased academic research and publications that explore and promote the history of Azerbaijan’s independence, underscoring the need for substantial scholarly contributions to this field.
