“We have marked the first anniversary of Azerbaijan’s Victory in Karabakh. I once again congratulate Azerbaijan on behalf of myself and Turkish people on the occasion of Victory Day,” said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the closing ceremony of the VIII Summit of the Turkish Council.

He noted that Azerbaijan’s victory made the whole Turkic World proud.
