Leading mobile operator serving customers in liberated Karabakh

As reconstruction and restoration work expands in Azerbaijan’s liberated historical lands, including the ancient city of Shusha, more people are being able to travel and work in these areas. Along with the technical staff that provides uninterrupted mobile communication, Azercell’s customer service also takes the initiative to fully support subscribers who benefit from the company’s network coverage.

In this regard, on September 22-23, Azercell Mobile Customer Services organized a long trip to Shusha and carried out a full range of customer service activities. Azercell Customer Service team met with various subscribers currently in and working in Shusha in a large square near the Upper Govharaga Mosque, Shusha City Executive Power and the recently opened Karabakh Hotel. During the visit, more than 50 different customer operations were carried out, serving about 200 subscribers, including servicemen, medical workers, employees of various institutions and companies.
