Baku: The price of Azerbaijan's Azeri Light crude oil has observed a decline in the global markets. The cost for a barrel of this oil has decreased by $0.65, representing a 0.9% drop, bringing the price down to $71.81.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the previous price for a barrel of Azerbaijani oil was $72.46. It is also noted that Azerbaijan's state budget for 2026 has been calculated with an assumed average price of $65 per barrel for Azeri Light crude oil.
