An employee of Azerishig was hit by a mine in Lachin yesterday, APA reports.
The incident was recorded in the Gulabird village of the Lachin region.
A resident of the Bilasuvar region, Abilov Mahir Ramiz oglu, born in 1988, stepped on an anti-personnel mine while on duty.
His right leg was amputated.
An investigation is underway.
