Ankara: Bahtiyar Ersay’s rank has been promoted, APA reports. The decision was signed by the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Bahtiyar Ersay has been awarded the rank of Army General. It is noteworthy that Bahtiyar Ersay serves as an advisor to the Azerbaijani Minister of Defense.
