Tirana: President of the Republic of Albania Bajram Begaj has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Azerbaijan's Independence Day.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Begaj's letter emphasized the importance of the growing partnership between Albania and Azerbaijan.
