Tirana: The President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begaj, has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of Azerbaijan’s Independence Day. In his message, Begaj conveyed his sincere congratulations on behalf of the Albanian people, expressing hopes for peace and prosperity.
