Baku: A delegation led by Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport of Abu Dhabi, has met with Eldar Azizov, Head of the Baku City Executive Authority, the Baku City Executive Authority told APA. A Memorandum of Understanding on establishing twin city relations between Baku and Abu Dhabi was signed during the meeting.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, during the meeting, Eldar Azizov noted that the current high level of friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates is the result of the efforts of the leaders of both states.
