Baku Conference on French Neocolonialism in Africa Concludes


Baku: The international conference titled “French Neocolonialism Policy in Africa” wrapped up in Baku, bringing together representatives from various African countries and France.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the conference, organized by the Baku Initiative Group, hosted participants from nations such as Senegal, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Guinea-Bissau, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and others, who discussed France’s ongoing neocolonial influence in Africa. Sessions focused on topics like economic decolonization, cultural revival, and the challenges African countries face in gaining full economic independence from France.



Participants highlighted the continued fight for the complete liberation of African nations from colonial and economic pressures. The conference concluded with a presentation on the Baku Initiative Group’s activities over the past year.
