Baku Develops an Action Plan for Flexible Work Schedules


Baku: An Action Plan for implementing a flexible work schedule is being developed in Baku, as confirmed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population in response to an inquiry from APA.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the plan aligns with the “State Program for the Improvement of Transport Infrastructure in Baku and Surrounding Areas for 2025-2030.” The program mandates that the work schedules of state bodies, educational and medical institutions, and other legal and physical entities be organized based on a flexible work schedule during 2025-2026.



The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population has initiated the preparation of the Action Plan to ensure the execution of these tasks. The ministry has assured that information regarding the work to be carried out in accordance with this plan will be shared with the public.
