An action plan with 110 provisions was prepared within the 12th meeting of the Turkey-Azerbaijan Joint Economic Commission, scheduled for implementation by 2026. This plan emphasizes cooperation in digitalization, innovation, AI, and financial technologies, with the goal of increasing trade turnover to $15 billion.

He noted that Turkey's ICT market is currently valued at $33 billion, with a goal to double this size through collaboration with Azerbaijan. IRIA's Salar Imamaliyev highlighted that Azerbaijan's Technopark now hosts 165 residents, including 155 local companies and 10 foreign firms. He invited Turkish companies to join as Technopark residents, citing this as an opportunity for regional collaboration.
