Baku: The 1st Forum of Azerbaijan-US Brain Centers has been held in Baku, APA reports. The event brought together the Chairman of the Board of the Center for Analysis of International Relations, Farid Shafiyev, alongside local and foreign experts, diplomats, and other guests.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the forum focused on analyzing the main political, economic, and security outcomes from the Washington Summit. Discussions also centered on the role of the US-Azerbaijan partnership in fostering peacebuilding and stability in the South Caucasus, and evaluating the prospects and challenges in the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process.

The forum also explored the development of new regional initiatives aimed at connecting Central Asia, the Caspian basin, and Europe, emphasizing Azerbaijan’s pivotal role in these efforts. Additionally, discussions highlighted the importance of public-private sector partnerships and the potential support from international financial institutions for advancing green transition, smart logistics solutions, and digital connectivity across Eurasia.
