Baku police have detained a man – Fuad Ismayilov, born in 1985, disrespecting the State Flag of the Republic of Turkey, Police Major Elshad Hajiyev, Chief of the Media and Public Relations Department of the Interior Ministry’s Press Service, told APA.

Relevant investigations are underway.
