Baku: Baku State University (BSU) and Chirchik State Pedagogical University (CSPU) of Uzbekistan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement signifies a commitment to enhance academic collaboration and integration between the two institutions.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the memorandum outlines plans for joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, short-term courses, trainings, and collaborative scientific research. These initiatives aim to elevate the teaching and learning standards at the faculties, institutes, and colleges of both universities, aligning them with international benchmarks.

The MoU also includes provisions for joint publications in scientific journals, the development of shared academic programs, curricula, and syllabi, as well as training and the exchange of academic and administrative staff, and researchers. This partnership seeks to foster a robust academic exchange and promote mutual growth and development.

The agreement was formalized by the signatures of Elchin Babayev, Rector of Baku State University, and Gafurdjan Muxamedov, Rector of Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
