Baku: The Baku State University (BSU) and Kesmonds International University of Cameroon have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation. The agreement aims to foster collaboration between the faculties, institutes, and colleges of both universities to enhance teaching and learning processes in alignment with international standards.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the memorandum outlines plans for organizing conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposia, short-term courses, and training sessions. It also includes provisions for conducting joint scientific research. The MoU emphasizes joint publications in scientific journals, the development of shared academic programs, curricula, and syllabi, as well as the mutual exchange of academic and administrative staff, including researchers.

Kesmonds International University, established in 2010, is recognized as one of the leading higher education institutions in Cameroon.
