Baku State University (BSU) and Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University have signed an 'Orhun' exchange protocol. The agreement, signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Alpaslan Ceylan, facilitates the exchange of students, researchers, and academic staff.
