Baku Steel Company (BSC) showcased its expanding international presence at the Tube 2026 exhibition in Germany. As part of the event, the company's delegation engaged in numerous business meetings with both existing and prospective clients from regions including the European Union, the United States, Central Asia, and the Middle East. These discussions resulted in planned visits by partners to BSC's production facilities, as well as technical visits to customer sites in various overseas regions, enhancing the company's export reach and strengthening its global business relations.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, BSC also engaged with leading equipment manufacturers during the exhibition. Discussions focused on potential joint projects, long-term supply opportunities, and areas for technological collaboration. A significant outcome of the event was BSC's official invitation to join the International Tube Association (ITA), highlighting the company's growin g stature in international markets and its alignment with global industry standards.
The Tube exhibition, which has been held biennially since 1988, featured participation from more than 1,100 companies from over 40 countries in 2026. The event provided a platform for presenting a wide array of solutions for the tube industry, underscoring its importance as a hub for industry advancements.
In 2024, BSC achieved API (American Petroleum Institute) certification, allowing it to export tube products meeting international standards to markets in the United States and European Union. This certification attests to the high quality and technical standards of BSC's products for the oil and gas industry, further enhancing its competitiveness in the global marketplace.
