BAKU: A significant conference titled “Railway Construction, Railway Technologies, and Railway Transport” is scheduled to take place in Baku, featuring a delegation of German businesspeople aimed at fostering international cooperation and innovation in railway technologies.

According to Trend News Agency, the conference will be orchestrated by the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce (AHK Azerbaijan) in collaboration with COMMIT Project Partners GmbH, the German Railway Industry Association (VDB), and the transportation and logistics center Neuer Adler e.V. (CNA). This event is part of a working visit from October 21-25, 2024, designed to engage German companies in the Azerbaijani railway sector.

The highlight of the visit will be an informational event on October 22, titled “Innovations in Railway Technologies in Azerbaijan: Partnership and Opportunities for German Companies.” This session aims to provide German participants with detailed insights into Azerbaijan’s railway technology market, including cu
rrent standards, potential projects, and opportunities.

Furthermore, the visit will facilitate direct business interactions between German and Azerbaijani companies and specialists, allowing for a significant exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of railway technologies. This initiative underscores the importance of international collaboration in enhancing railway infrastructure and technological advancements.
