Baku: On 16 May, the Voice of the City event will be held as part of Baku Urban Week, organized within the framework of the Azerbaijan Urban Campaign in the lead-up to the thirteenth session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the event will explore themes surrounding architecture and urban development through various mediums such as music, digital art, cinematic heritage, and contemporary creative expression. The Jafar Jabbarli 'Azerbaijanfilm' studio, serving as the venue, will be transformed into a hub for audiovisual art. The studio will feature digital projections that capture the intersection of Baku's historic memory and creative energy with modern artistic expression. Live visual performances, mural-inspired concepts, and graffiti installations will further enhance the experience.

The event's atmosphere will be enriched by electronic music and DJ sets, bringing a dynamic contemporary dimension to the program. Voice of the City is scheduled to begin at 19:30 on 16 May 2026. Admission is free, but entry requires prior registration. Interested participants can apply by completing the registration form.
