Bank ABB Launches AI Assistants AI-nur and AI-khan for Public Use

Baku: Bank ABB has announced the public availability of its newly developed conversational AI assistants, AI-nur and AI-khan, after successful beta testing. These innovative assistants are designed to provide customers with swift support on all matters related to the bank's services and products, enabling them to perform banking operations using voice commands.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, customers can now interact with AI-khan and AI-nur to effortlessly transfer funds between their cards and accounts or send money to others using a mobile phone number. The recipient's mobile number must be stored in the sender's phone contacts, and the AI completes the transaction when the user mentions the recipient's first and last name.

The AI assistants are also equipped to block and reactivate customer cards when necessary, offering a more convenient and efficient way to manage banking operations while maintaining high security standards. Future updates are expected to expand the range of banking operations covered by AI technology.

For more details on Bank ABB's offerings, customers can visit their branches, service offices, or the official website. Additional support is available through the Call Center at 937 and the bank's social media pages.
