Belarus Embassy has congratulated Azerbaijani people on the occasion of November 8 – Victory Day, Embassy wrote on Twitter, APA reports.

“We sincerely congratulate all Azerbaijanis on the occasion of the first anniversary of the restoration of sovereignty and territorial integrity. We wish fraternal Azerbaijani people welfare and prosperity. Happy Victory Day!,” noted the Embassy.
