Belarusian Traveler Highlights Karabakh’s Tourism Potential

Karabakh: Belarusian traveler Yelizaveta Makey expressed her insights during a visit to the liberated territories, noting the region’s potential for Azerbaijani and international tourism. “We are in Azerbaijan today, in Karabakh – a region where sorrowful events took place for a long time,” Makey stated, reflecting on the area’s tumultuous past.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Makey observed that peace has finally prevailed in the region. She expressed her happiness as a Belarusian, seeing the potential for development in Karabakh. The traveler highlighted the significant economic growth and numerous construction projects underway, acknowledging the efforts of people contributing to the region’s development. Makey shared her optimism for the Azerbaijani people, believing that Karabakh holds great attraction for both local and international tourists.
