Belgrade: An official welcome ceremony was held in Belgrade for President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. The event, organized in the capital of Serbia, highlighted the diplomatic relations between the two nations.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, a guard of honor was in place to welcome the Azerbaijani President. The President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, personally greeted President Ilham Aliyev. The ceremony featured the national anthems of both Azerbaijan and Serbia, symbolizing the mutual respect and cooperation between the countries.

During the ceremony, the chief of the guard of honor reported to President Aliyev. Both presidents then proceeded to review the guard of honor, showcasing the formalities and traditions upheld during such state visits.

In addition to the formal proceedings, members of the Serbian delegation were introduced to President Ilham Aliyev. Similarly, Azerbaijani state and government officials were introduced to President Aleksandar Vucic, emphasizing the collaborative efforts and dialogue between the two nations.
