BISHKEK – The Forum of Medical Associations of Kyrgyzstan commenced in Bishkek, featuring an address by Deputy Head of the Cabinet of Ministers Edil Baisalov. In his speech, Baisalov emphasized the importance of doctors taking pride in their profession and actively participating in societal discourse.

He expressed concern that professionals, including highly qualified medical specialists, remain silent in public discussions, allowing less informed individuals to dominate the narrative. Baisalov’s remarks highlight the need for more active engagement from educated and experienced professionals in shaping public opinion and policy.
