Baku:BP has allocated approximately $1.1 million to support various social and sponsorship projects in Azerbaijan throughout the first three quarters of 2026.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, in collaboration with its co-venturers, BP has collectively invested about $1.2 million in social investment projects within the same period. This funding has been directed towards a range of initiatives including 26 educational projects, two capacity-building and enterprise development programs, and two environmental initiatives.

Additionally, BP's individual contributions have supported 22 educational initiatives, one capacity-building and enterprise development program, six projects aimed at promoting Azerbaijan's cultural heritage and sport, one environmental initiative, and nine conferences and workshops on diverse themes. In total, BP has backed 39 projects in Azerbaijan during this timeframe.
