Baku: The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank's (BSTDB) partnership with Azerbaijan has been rooted in mutual trust and shared objectives for over 20 years, according to BSTDB President Serhat K¶ksal. Speaking at the Business Forum during the 28th Annual Meetings of the BSTDB Board of Governors, K¶ksal emphasized the common belief in the transformative power of private sector development, APA-Economics reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency,the BSTDB has actively supported projects in Azerbaijan across various sectors such as financial institutions, manufacturing, trade, and energy. These efforts have contributed to increased employment, enhanced competitiveness, and sustainable economic growth in the country.
K¶ksal expressed pride in the Bank's operations in Azerbaijan, highlighting their alignment with the country's evolving priorities. He noted the special emphasis placed on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, facilitating trade, strengthening financial intermediation, and promoting investments aimed at enhancing connectivity and competitiveness.
