Baku: The ‘Azerbaijan Business Development Fund’, a public legal entity under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has undergone significant reorganization. This transformation sees the entity becoming the ‘Azerbaijan Business Development Fund’ Open Joint-Stock Company, as it continues its operations under the Ministry of Economy.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the change was initiated through a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev. The decree not only facilitated the reorganization but also led to the approval of the charter for the newly established ‘Azerbaijan Business Development Fund’ Open Joint-Stock Company, marking a new chapter in its operational framework.
