During January-July of 2024, cargo and passenger transportation in Azerbaijan increased by 4,1% and 8,7% respectively, compared to the same period of the previous year, APA-Economics reports citing the State Statistical Committee.

According to the information, 3.7% of the cargo was transported by sea, 8.1% by rail, 0.2% by air, 58.1% by road, and 29.9% by pipeline.
