Caspian Agro Week to Gather 447 Companies from 45 Countries

Baku: So far, 447 companies from 45 countries around the world have confirmed their participation in the 19th Azerbaijan International Agriculture Exhibition and Forum - Caspian Agro Week; the 31st Azerbaijan International Food Industry Exhibition - InterFood Azerbaijan, as well as the 14th Caspian International Exhibition Everything for Hotels, Restaurants and Supermarkets - Horeca Caspian, which will be held at the Baku Expo Center from May 5 to 8.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, these exhibitions have, over the years, become recognized as reliable national brands and have secured their spot in the global exhibition calendar as leading international events. A significant update for future events is that in 2026, the InterFood Azerbaijan exhibition will be consolidated in a single location, Pavilion 4 of the Baku Expo Centre.

This year marks the introduction of the Hosted Buyer (Buyer Mission) program within the Caspian Agro Week and InterFood Azerbaijan exhibitions. This initiative aims to create an efficient working environment for visitor buyers at the exhibition.

Highlighting the event is the Gold Shah 2026 - International Culinary Championship, which has become an integral part of InterFood Azerbaijan. Now in its 6th edition, the Championship, organized by the Azerbaijan Culinary Specialists Association, is a licensed event of the World Association of Chefs' Societies (Worldchefs). The judging panel will consist of licensed chef-judges from 18 countries. A total of 22 teams from 11 countries will compete, with 73 of the participants being chefs from foreign countries. Additionally, 160 chefs will participate as individual competitors.

The organizers have made it a tradition to arrange exhibition tours for farmers from various Azerbaijani regions. This year, over 500 farmers from 51 regions will take part in the exhibition.
