Central Asian Nations Progress in “Unity 2025” Military Exercise

Samarkand: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan are actively participating in the ongoing “Unity-2025” (Birlik-2025) joint regional military exercise in the Samarkand region of Uzbekistan. The exercise is aimed at enhancing the coordination and defense capabilities of the participating nations.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the exercise is divided into three stages and focuses on strengthening the protection and defense of state borders, as well as searching for, localizing, and destroying illegal armed formations. The joint military activity emphasizes the importance of mutual cooperation among the military contingents of the involved countries. It also aims to develop and improve the capabilities and skills required to conduct joint operations effectively.
