Baku: The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has launched a new information platform, a website, and social media pages.

According to Trend News Agency, the CBA’s statement announced the launch of the website fintech.cbar.az, which is dedicated to financial technologies and innovations. This platform aims to consolidate the latest developments in the country’s digital financial ecosystem, detailing the CBA’s regulatory activities, planned events, and digital solutions, all available through a single online address.

The website features a user-friendly interface providing vital information on key topics such as the special regulatory regime, the Open Banking concept, virtual assets, and distributed “Know Your Customer” (KYC) procedures. Additionally, new social media pages titled Fintech_by_cbar have been launched on LinkedIn and Instagram. These platforms aim to keep social media followers informed with the latest developments and news in the field of financial technologies within the country and globally.

The CBA’s statement highlights that these digital platforms are designed to foster innovation-oriented cooperation between the bank and ecosystem participants. The platforms are expected to contribute to the sustainable development of the financial sector by delivering interesting content and interactive sharing, which will enhance awareness and engagement in the area of financial technologies.
