According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the reception was attended by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, along with heads of diplomatic missions from various countries in Russia, military attaches, and public representatives from both Azerbaijan and Russia. The event also commemorated Azerbaijan's Armed Forces Day, which is observed on June 26.
